On the first Tuesday in November we installed Ven Fr David James Mackie Sherrit as Preceptor of Iona. District Grand Officers, led by the Rt Emt District Grand Prior, Rt Emt Fr Donald Patrick Dezentje, performed the ceremony of installation of the Preceptor and his officers. We were pleased to welcome a number of visitors from sister preceptories and also Rt E Kt John Muirehead from the Great Priory of Queensland.
A very impressive ceremony was followed by our usual friendly and relaxed refectory.
